01 / THE FREE TOOL

Give your feed a second look.

Use a Google-format CSV or TSV export, up to 10,000 products / 5 MB. Standard store exports may need column mapping first. This version does not read XML.

What this check covers — and what it cannot tell you

Checks missing core fields, duplicate IDs, field lengths, URL structure, price formatting, availability values and identifier checksums. “Review” means context is needed, not that Google will reject a product. Rows refer to logical records including the header; quoted multiline fields can span physical lines.

It does not fetch links or images, inspect account policies, confirm currency validity beyond format, verify GTIN ownership, check every category-specific requirement, or compare your website with your feed. Brand, variants, shipping, tax and market-specific rules still need review in Merchant Center. No Google affiliation.

02 / AUTOMATION IN DEVELOPMENT

Feed checks.
Without a manual reporting service.

The free checker validates your export and generates findings automatically. No human review is included or implied.

  • Available now: browser-based CSV/TSV validation
  • Available now: automatic fix-list and snapshot comparison exports
  • In development: scheduled checks of connected feeds
  • In development: private report history and automated delivery

Software checks have limits. A flagged item may require the merchant to verify source data; we do not edit product facts or guarantee Google approval.

03 / FIELD NOTES

Three checks before your next upload.

01

Start with the source.

Export the data actually sent to Google. A shop's standard product CSV often has different headers. This checker expects fields such as id, title, link, image_link, availability and price.

02

Fix facts, not just formatting.

A correctly formatted price can still be wrong. Compare it with the live product page and checkout. Never invent a barcode to make a warning disappear.

03

Check what changed.

Compare exports after a catalogue update. Unexpected removals, currency changes and stock-status changes deserve investigation. Then check the outcome in Merchant Center.

04 / EARLY FEEDBACK

Help shape the automated service.

Tell us your feed format, approximate product count and preferred check frequency. The proposed service will run checks and generate and deliver reports automatically, without a human-review fulfilment step.

Development preview: scheduled monitoring, AI explanations and automatic customer delivery are not yet offered as a live service. We are not accepting paid customers.
